You can add a new payment by selecting one of the two frequency options, one of the payees, and then clicking the Add New button.

One Time and Recurring are the frequency options available.

All of your payees are listed in the payee dropdown.

When a user chooses to make a one-time payment, the One Time Payment window is displayed where users can make one-time payments by entering the desired values and pressing the Save Payment button.

When a user chooses to make a recurring payment, the Recurring Payment window is displayed where users can make recurring payments by entering the desired values and pressing the Save Payment button.
