If you are a Master user

To edit a Sub-User, click Edit next to the correct name.

  • To add Admin Sub-user privileges, if the sub-user has already gone through the setup process, you can check the Admin Sub-user box and save.

  • To add Admin privileges to a sub-user who has not completed the sub-user process, you can check the Is Admin checkbox on the Edit Sub-user popup:

  • Changing the name will modify how the sub-user's name is shown to you.
  • To modify the user's permissions, click View Permissions, then select Edit on the next page to display. Select the functions that the sub-user should have access to. Limitations of daily and total dollar amounts are definable and can be less than or equal to the Master user's limits. When editing is complete, click Save.

If you are an Admin Sub-user

To edit a Sub-User, click Edit next to the correct name.

Edit the Sub-User's information.

Select the functions that the sub-user should have access to. The Sub-user admin is only allowed to grant permissions that they themselves have access/permission to. The limit maximums also correspond with their limits, not the master user’s. When editing is complete, click Save.
