Help regarding our Mobile Banking product is available via the “Help” button on the Mobile Banking app, or by selecting “Contact” from the Mobile Banking home screen. We also welcome your visit to any First Southern location, where you can access our free Guest Wi-Fi and we can assist you on your own, personal device. You are also welcome to call us at 866-602-3762 for assistance over the phone. For help regarding your mobile device and/or wireless Internet connectivity, please contact your wireless provider.
